CYBERMED S SERIES
Cybernet medical grade computers are designed for a multitude of medical applications. All computers are medical grade certified (UL/IEC 60601-1), for use close to the patient, with an IP65 rating - meaning they are waterproof for easy cleaning and disinfection. Cybernet computers are uniquely manufactured - antimicrobial agents are built right into the casing so that the protection against microbes doesn't deteriorate over time.
Cybernet S systems use a combination of low-consumption components, a reduction in moving parts and heat sinks that allow cooling without fans. This is especially important in sterile environments such as operating theatres or laboratories, where fans can contribute to the spread of dust, germs and microbes.
They have an integrated RFID reader and a biometric scanner to ensure that only authorised professionals have access to patients' medical records.
With these features integrated directly into the computer, you avoid the need to have and maintain adapter cables that are more easily lost or broken.
The scanner's integrated function will support healthcare professionals with functions such as dispensing medication without the need to use a peripheral.
